In the 1300s, the abbots would travel to the surrounding manors on barges on the Mark Yeo river, which flows directly opposite the pub. Today, the White Horse Inn is a quintessential English village inn welcoming both locals and visitors with award-winning real ales and a delightful selection of small vineyard wines.
