It had only been completed the week before and they were only the second guests to sleep there. Pia had her eye on the nickel bath tub there and they both jumped in, but headbutted each other on the way! “Luckily no damage was done, just our first incidence of banging our heads together as a married couple! We’re both so clumsy, it was so us!” Pia laughs. “Our wedding was absolutely made by our choice of suppliers being outstanding from start to finish,” Pia continues. “My biggest shout out goes to Simon and Kiana who are absolutely phenomenal at what they do. Every single photo is truly amazing and takes us back to that moment. Everyone said how great they were, they just fit in perfectly making you feel comfortable. They’re just the best and such lovely people.” THE GREAT GETAWAY The newlyweds jetted off to Mauritius on honeymoon two days after their wedding day where they stayed for 10 nights. Despite not being blessed with good weather the entire time, being close to the bright blue ocean after a busy lead up to the wedding made them grateful to have some time alone. “We saw waterfalls, volcanoes, went island hopping and most importantly slept so much!” Pia concludes. 28
