Darran wore a navy three-piece check suit teamed with a tie that matched the colour of the bridesmaids’ dresses, as did his g roomsmen, but he chose a different buttonhole to them. I wore a lace and tulle gown called Mallory by V iva Bride. I wanted something simple, light and comfortable but with a little bit of detail. I had a silver sixpence placed in a small blue bag se wn into my dress that was borrowed from my best friend. I teamed my dress with my own jewellery that wa s a gift from Darran on our anniversary. I wore a pair of earrings to matc h my engagement ring and a delicate bracelet that was my something blue. Top tip: “Don’t sweat the small stuff! Enjoy your day because it goes by quickly.” – Lucy and Darran 37 MICRO WEDDING SPECIAL
