We displayed Mr & Mrs initials alongside lanter ns on wooden crates which added to our rustic theme. We arrived at our wedding in style in a silver two-tone Imperial Limousine which provided a fantastic photographic backdrop! The venue is owned and run by family on my side and generations in my family have been married there, including my parents, grandparents and great grandparents as well as my aunts and uncles. It’s relaxed and peaceful, surrounded by pretty gardens and water. We displayed our wooden welcome sign on a white easel. “We chose to have canapés followed by a sit-down, three-course meal of melon with parma ham to start followed by chicken wrapped in bacon served with spring onion mash potato, vegetables and gravy.The vegetarian option was spinach and ricotta pesto tortellini and the dessert was a trio of Eton mess, lemon tart and chocolate orange mousse!” – Lucy and Darran MICRO WEDDING SPECIAL 35
