Exclusive-use wedding venue Wasing Park is a stunning barn location marrying country style with contemporary touches set in the grounds of the 4,000-acre Wasing Estate. It has undergone some recent refurbishment including the exterior paintwork of the venue and the church tower having been refreshed, and a stunning mural in The Stables bar that has been created by artist Frederick Wimsett. Coming soon is the installation of a new stretch tent floating over the terrace at the back of the Castle Barn. Those wanting a church ceremony can do so in the picturesque parish church of St Nicholas, situated within the grounds. 26 boutique bedrooms are available and include the most incredible Honeymoon Suite and some truly unique, Grade II listed guest bedrooms including a Granary sat on staddle stones, the Smithy (a former blacksmith’s shop) and a two-storey fairy tale Dovecote. This mansion house hotel sits in 250 acres of parkland offering 87 guest rooms including 12 luxury suites. There’s an 18-hole golf course, outdoor activity course and indoor swimming pool and gym. Ceremonies and receptions take place in the Terrace Suite with direct access to a private terrace overlooking the lake (when restrictions lift).
