We used white and navy to match Hillfields’ branding.” – Sarah THE ORGANISER: SARAH JONES OF SWEET INDULGENT CAKES “The idea of the shoot was to show how you can have rustic barn décor with a modern edge, incorporating trending metallics and geometrics with beautiful blooms and vintage props such as barrels and old barn doors used for table tops. We used rich colours with high-contrast touches, utilising the barn’s space and features to make sure every aspect of the shoot was highlighted.” – Sarah THE DRESSER: LAURA CLIFFORD, THE RUSTIC DRESSER “We brought along an old whisky barrel to showcase the cake, cedar tree stumps and an old pine barn door to create half of the top table, fabrics, candles, festoon lighting, drapes, cutlery, glasses, charger plates and linen. Paired with all the other incredible pieces the suppliers brought, it just created this magical tablescape in the most beautiful setting. I now want this layout on my kitchen table every day!!” – Laura.
