Drawing inspiration from Black Swan , the setting of The Granary Barn at The Barns at Lodge Farm, with its dark, industrial feel, was the perfect backdrop to this rich and ethereal shoot. “We created a moodboard to encapsulate a dark, gothic feel,” says shoot organiser and make-up artist Jaimie Attfield. “The exquisite gowns fitted beautifully with our vision, while the rich styling, candelabra, regal headpiece and cake all added to the mysterious feel.” We adore the deep red and berry palette, which runs throughout, while the ornate rugs and plush furnishings complete the lavish look.
