The pair instantly clicked, and it was just four months later that Phil had decided Dilys was the person he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. “It was a private proposal at home,” Dilys tells us. “Phil knows that I don’t like to make a scene, so he kept it low-key when I returned from work one day.” The couple chose to have a summer wedding, and set the date for 27 th August, 2019, with That Amazing Place as the backdrop.
