An Essex Wedding - January/February 2021 (Issue 96)

Our guest numbers had to go from 90 to 15 people because of the pandemic. Just having our nearest and dearest on the day made it feel so intimate and special. We were on cloud nine and so grateful that our wedding could still happen. The most special moment was marrying the love of my life amid all the uncertainty in the world. Originally we had a DJ booked, but in the end we made a Spotify pla ylist of songs that all our guests would enjoy so we could have a little boog ie in our seats. Our guests had to wear a face mask for the ceremony, so we gave personalised masks out as they arrived. We thought it’d look great if everyone had matching ones, so we chose white masks with our initials and wedding date in gold lettering. They’re still very handy in the current situation! 44
