An Essex Wedding - Jan/Feb 2020 (Issue 90)

From the get-go, Matt was really excited. On the other hand, I was really nervous about being the centre of attention and getting everything sorted in such a short time frame. I shouldn’t have worried, as soon as I saw Matt the nerves disappeared. In keeping with our rustic theme, we opted for a semi-naked cake and chose our favourite flavours after a taste test with The Perfect Pudding Company. It looked and tasted amazing and went down so well with our friends and family. Matt scrubbed up well in a three-piece navy suit. He and his groomsmen wore personalised Avengers socks! My best girls looked fab in mink- coloured dresses with lace detail. Matt insisted that we had a live band, so it was his job to arrange one. He didn’t disappoint with The Shakedown; they were incredibly professional from start to finish and they learned our first dance song in a matter of weeks. The dancefloor was full all night and it was wonderful seeing everyone enjoying themselves. REAL WEDDINGS 49 
