An Essex Wedding - Sep/Oct 2019 (Issue 88)
The table plan was a beautiful collage-style picture frame in grey and white. I made sweet shop-style bags for favours and filled them with my favourite childhood treats. The flowers were rustic and wild. We teamed lots of greenery with simple white flowers accented with blue thistles to fit the colour scheme. Our florist described it as Highland chic! Our centrepieces were silver candelabra with silk flowers, foliage and glass tea-light holders. We opted for a shabby-chic theme injected with a touch of Hollywood glamour. We kept the palette classy and traditional: navy, grey and ivory. The aisle was dressed with white blossom trees, which gave the entrance real wow factor. We fell for the Georgian elegance of The Fennes. It has so much character with lots of different rooms and places for people to socialise in. The main room was bright and airy and fitted our vision perfectly. 46
