to the moon and back Charlotte and Joe’s big day incorporated a sage and peach colour scheme and their romantic proposal destination Images courtesy of Andy Bennett Photographer C harlotte Bailey and Joe Atkinson met in Egypt of all places and instantly felt a connection, clearly love at first sight! “Joe was there as a ‘friend’ on a ‘family and friends’ trip to Egypt for New Years Eve,” recalls Charlotte. “We got on straight away with similar interests, and found ourselves laughing at the same things, the relationship grew from there.” Joe proposed to Charlotte in romantic fashion while on holiday in New York, on September 18 th 2019. “We had done a day of sight-seeing, and had just rode over the Brooklyn Bridge,” shares Charlotte. “We stopped at a viewing point where you could see the entire view of New York City, and Joe surprised me by asking me to marry him.
