I’d recommend spending as much as you can afford on a photographer. We have incredible photos that will last forever. Also, tell your hair and make-up teams that you need to be ready a lot earlier than you think so that you’ll have time for photos with your bridal party before you head to the venue. There was dancing, laughter and tears, and all our favourite people were there. I loved that we could do the countdown before midnight and bring in the new year together. It was seriously the most incredible food and our guests raved about it. My cousin Hannah is a professional singer, and she sang for our first dance. It was a very emotional moment! 42
