Kelly and Mike hosted their big day at Little Wold Vineyard as a nod to the groom’s home in New Zealand Images courtesy of Vicky Benge Photography Kelly and Mike met via Tinder as so many couples do. “We met, flat-shared, bought a house, had two children, then got married,” Kelly says. “Probably the wrong way around, but totally perfect for us!” Mike proposed on a family holiday over dinner. Their son, Lincoln, was fast asleep in his pram, while daughter Nyla was chilling at the table. It was a total surprise for Kelly: “Now I realise why he didn’t want to leave his wallet on the beach and have a swim ahead of lunch!” The couple chose Little Wold Vineyard in Brough near Hull as the all-important location for their big day. “It was local to my family who live in Hull, and Mike is from New Zealand where his parents own a vineyard, so it was the perfect setting for us,” Kelly explains.
