PEACEFUL PARIS Did you know, Le Bristol was the first hotel in France to receive the title of Palace? This is a much higher honour than being a five-star hotel. The rooms really are the epitome of comfort – and they’re huge! Indulge in suites with beautiful Louis XV and Louis XVI-period furniture and original artworks. Vast marble bathrooms have roomy showers and deep tubs; many have dual vanities, Dyson hairdryers and plush toiletries. Le Bristol’s Junior Suites can be extended with adjoining Deluxe rooms to create more space for the entire family. Everyone is welcome. WELCOME HOME Le Bristol Paris is a house of incomparable Parisian style and elegance, where you immediately feel at home. It has an extraordinary way of welcoming guests from the moment you enter. Expect warmth, conversation and even a sighting of Socrate, the resident hotel cat. For pet-owning guests, Le Bristol Paris is singular in its ability to welcome fourlegged family members. As a family-run hotel, VIP treatment is waiting for your mini me’s! Children receive a welcome gift on arrival, as well as special surprise in the room, and the concierge team can arrange a wide range of activities in and around Paris that are sure to appeal to young and old alike. There’s even a kid’s club! THE SECRET GARDEN A favourite place of mine was the new garden - a hidden treasure where you forget you’re in the French capital. It’s an oasis of flowers and calm where each tree, shrub and flower was deliberately chosen with care by Lady Arabella Lennox – Boyd, world-renowned landscape designer. HOME TO FOUR MICHELIN STARS Foodies’, there’s no need to leave your hotel. At Epicure restaurant, chef Eric Frechon, who holds four Michelin stars, has created a celebrated establishment that’s typically French and fabulous. White tablecloths and immaculate attention to detail, this is for special occasions. Secondly, there’s the less formal Le 114 Faubourg, for lunch and dinner, which also possesses its own Michelin star. Here, sample dishes such as hand-chopped beef tartar flavoured with anchovies, and potato wafers or Grenebloise style roasted brill, cauliflower mousseline with seaweed butter – mouthwatering. Furthermore, Café Antonia reflects a more spontaneous side of Parisian life, where you can enjoy breakfast, stop for coffee or enjoy afternoon tea or a glass of wine. Le Bristol really is a reason in itself to visit the City of Love. You’ll fall head over heels time and time again. TO BOOK!
