Joe couldn’t be more sure and on 27th December 2019, on a dog walk on Ilkley Moor, one of his grandfather’s favourite walking spots, he popped the question. Of course, Phoebe said yes. On 22nd December, 2021, Phoebe and Joe tied the knot St Peter’s Church followed by a reception at The Gamekeeper’s Inn, Skipton with a party afterwards at the Ticket Office Bar, Ilkley.
