Your Midlands Wedding - December/January 2024/2025 (Issue 95)

Leaves are falling This autumnal-inspired shoot at Allington Manor featured classic and romantic touches Images courtesy of Wild Heart Photography Allington Manor is a beautifully restored Grade II listed Jacobean building whose owners wanted to showcase its beauty as the seasons transitioned from summer to autumn. With colour still in the gardens and the option to host a ceremony inside or outside, the team behind this shoot wanted to inspire prospective couples planning their wedding and considering Lincolnshire to host celebrations. As a freelance coordinator with a base both in South Lincolnshire and Essex, Lorna Marie Perrin at Lorna Marie Events worked with the venue to create a mood board that aligned with the colour palette and style of the manor house while highlighting local suppliers and the best ways to utilise the spaces for intimate milestone events. Lorna reached out to each supplier individually to see if they were interested and available to participate, creating a working document for all involved, including a shot list, a day schedule and everyone’s credentials to keep organised. 51 STYLED SHOOT
