Our two daughters were my bridesmaids, and they wore beautiful dresses! We tied the knot at our beloved church, which was an easy choice. The reception was held nearby at the Old Police Station Retford, just a short walk away, right across from the park where we had our photos taken. It’s a charming rustic venue that we absolutely adored! We caught everyone off guard by performing the Jerusalema dance as we exited the church after the ceremony. Two moments that stood out were the beautiful ceremony and dancing in the evening, which went on till the end! A friend crafted all our fresh flowers by hand, beautifully coordinating them with our ivory and pink colour scheme. Adi wore a gorgeous Marc Darcy suit and a pink tie with the best man matching. The ushers wore beige versions with blue ties. 38
