Planning How to create your dream wedding Here at Your West Midlands Wedding, we understand how overwhelming organising your nuptials can be. To help, we’ve spoken to local experts and asked for their tips on choosing the perfect suppliers and what you should be aware of before booking. SOS HOW TO PLAN YOUR HONEYMOON Couples are naturally drawn to destinations that exude romance and tranquillity, making sandy beaches an obvious choice. Two standout locations for honeymoons are Mauritius and the Maldives, renowned for their secluded beaches adorned with white sand, gentle waves, and breathtaking sunsets. However, the appeal of honeymoon destinations extends beyond the allure of sandy beaches alone. Other popular destinations are those showcasing stunning natural landscapes and offering a plethora of activities to enjoy. From hiking through lush rainforests and dramatic coastal cliffs in Antigua to an animal-lovers dream tour of Madagascar, couples can truly be emersed in a country’s unique vibrancy and culture. Choose a destination that excites both of you and matches your interests. Start planning early to have a wide range of options and the best prices for your budget. Booking in advance can also save you from last-minute stress. Before travelling, ensure you have all the necessary documents, like passports and visas. Also, consider flight times for a smooth journey. If you need some advice when planning your honeymoon, consider hiring a company to help. For example, here at Arrange My Escape, we have a vast network of trusted honeymoon suppliers, meaning we know which supplier can perfectly match your requirements. Our extensive supplier network means we give our clients the best value for money without compromising on quality. Share your dream honeymoon wish list, and we’ll take care of all the arrangements, so you can sit back and enjoy your stress-free trip of a lifetime. Instead, tell your florist your budget and let them design what will be most impactful and in keeping with your wish list and budget. Be open to which flowers and colours you want included. Your florist is a professional; trust them with your colour scheme and style guidance, and they will create something amazing. We are experts when it comes to picking colours! Don’t sleep on sorting your big suppliers, as these get booked up well in advance. For example, I’m almost fully booked for weekends in 2024! Megan Luck www.muckhomenfloral.com PLANNING SOS 43
