The beautifully secluded setting is an important part of the charm, with the estate offering a feast for the eyes filled with fabulous photo opportunities. The brick and flint walled gardens surround the barns, and guests are welcomed through either the secret garden with its living handmade rustic doorway, or from the top entrance into the large imposing courtyard, complete with pétanque court. Plus, the enclosed ceremonial and patio walled gardens are attractive and relaxing spaces for loved ones to relax and enjoy the tranquility of being hidden amongst the South Downs. Ceremonies take place in the East Barn, complete with flowing white voile drapes, elegant lime wash chairs and bespoke rustic wooden furniture, which lend the space a romantic air. The barn can accommodate 120 of your nearest and dearest. You’ll move into the West Barn for your post-vow celebrations, which as wow-factor in spades. Gorgeous oak beams make up the high-pitch roof, and are strung with a fairylight canopy and stunning crystal chandelier. What’s more, large double glass doors either side of the central barn allow oodles of daylight to flood in.
