We particularly adored this couple’s guest book in the shape of a guitar, as a nod to their shared love of music; as well as their super-cute table plan interspersed with cheeky photo booth pics of the two of them. Booze bottles certainly proved popular as venue styling elements. And why not? You can certainly have some fun draining enough of them to create your table plan or centrepieces! Sustainable styling had a part to play as was ably demonstrated by the team who put together this styled shoot from issue 106. The key message: avoid buying a load of styling elements that will be thrown away after the big day. Hire everything you need to ensure there’s a life for it all beyond your “I dos,” and enlist a team with sustainability at the heart of what they do. www.sarahcarmody.uk 6 www.elizabethrubyphotography.com We’ve long been extolling the virtues of a flower arch, not least due to its versatile nature as both ceremony and reception décor. In 2024 arches and moon gates took off in earnest. Long may they reign! 7 62
