Your South Wales Wedding - March/April 2024 (Issue 96)

For our décor, we opted for a wooden card box, a wedding sign and a seating plan board made by my brother-in-law. The King Arthur Hotel supplied all of the food for the day. Our wedding cake was a beautiful three-tiered Victoria sponge from Sugar & Spice Cakes. Our centrepieces were wooden logs with glass vases placed on top, provided by Ruth Milton Jones. For our favours, we gave our guests Gower Gin, Dragon’s Breath Rum and wildflower seeds. We used to visit the King Arthur Hotel for lunch. I remember in the first year we met, we popped in to the King Arthur Hotel and had an important chat about what we wanted in the future. We decided to book the hotel for our wedding and our coordinator, Jo, was fantastic and helped to make sure everything ran smoothly. We didn’t have to worry about anything and could just enjoy the day. 44
