The best thing about our venue was the views that we got throughout the day; it made our photographs stunning and everything felt extra special. Martin, our photographer, is incredibly talented and managed to get some amazing pictures of the whole day while remaining discrete and not interrupting anyone. I had a brilliant morning getting ready with my bridesmaids. As the ceremony grew closer and more people headed off to the venue, I grew nervous, but when I got to the end of the aisle and saw Yosif, I was overjoyed. The vows and blessings made me emotional, but also very happy that I could now call Yosif my husband. We had a brilliant DJ play the songs that we requested via email, along with requests from guests and ourselves on the day. My bridesmaids opted for lilac dresses from Next. The design was a chiffon multi-way, allowing the girls to choose how they wanted to wear the straps on the day. Yosif wore a navy, pinstripe three-piece suit from Slater Menswear, accompanied by a light blue shirt and a navy tie. I chose a dress called Bodhi by WED2B and a sparkly belt from Quiz. I wore my mum’s veil, which we had altered to be double-layered to complement the dress. I first saw the gown online and knew I loved it. I tried on several others, but they all weren’t quite right. The floral lace on my dress felt so special, and I just knew it was the one. 47 REAL WEDDINGS
