50 LUCY MCSPIRIT DESIGN 07967 995 585 | www.lucymcspiritdesign.com Lucy McSpirit Design is a stationery company based in Lancashire. Lucy tells us: “I grew up obsessed with all things art. I went on to study fine art, graphic design, photography, advertising and visual communications. I have worked within the design industry for more than 20 years, covering illustration, graphic design, print production, branding, advertising and marketing. I’m now a national and regional award-winning wedding stationer, freelance graphic designer and contemporary brand stylist who has a huge passion for art, interior design, floristry and everything weddings. Planning my own wedding in 2017 made me realise how much I loved the industry – the flowers, creating my own stationery, the organising and planning. A few friends asked me to help with their weddings and my business grew from there. Lucy McSpirit Design was born and is coming up to its 8th business birthday. It has been a busy few years of hard work building up my business but also very exciting, collaborating with many talented suppliers and meeting wonderful couples. Creating contemporary wedding stationery for the design-conscious couple was something I became very passionate about, offering a bespoke service as well as house design ranges that are customisable. So not only helping couples with their weddings but also suppliers and clients nationwide with their branding and design requirements.” CHARLOTTE MILLS 0161 393 1879 | www.charlottemills.com Charlotte Mills creates bridal shoes that are handcrafted with love and designed so you can not only treasure them forever but also wear them again and again. The company offers a range of block heel wedding shoes, in standard and wide-fit, and even has multiple heel height options to choose from. Every pair of Charlotte Mills’ handcrafted shoes bears delicately embossed words on the luxurious leather soles, which have fast become the Manchester-based brand’s signature mark. Charlotte tells us more: “With each purchase, a glittering silver sixpence will become your something old; the shoes are, of course, your something new; the luxury envelope we include is your something borrowed; and, finally, the exquisite blue detailing of our shoes’ in-sock will become your something blue. “Wielding an innate desire to create shoes that endlessly delight and inspire (not to mention steal brides’ hearts across the globe), I have been applauded throughout the industry for my scrupulous attention to detail, my inherent ability to infuse my designs with a playful spirit and sense of romance and, most importantly, my designs’ tried and tested comfortable fit. Each and every style is carefully crafted utilising the very finest of materials and the most celebrated of skills. The aforementioned signature details are hand-finished, adding that final flourishing touch to a special shoe for an equally special day.” In 2023, Charlotte launched The Aisle Edit.
