Aimee from A Moment On The Lips made our wedding cake. She provides cupcakes for our family regularly, so we knew we wanted her to create our three-tiered cake. Paul said it was the best cake he had ever had and couldn’t stop eating it! A coach took our guests from the church to the hotel while Paul and I travelled in a wedding car. To decorate the space, we hired a sweet cart and tipi for the children from A Touch of Elegance. Daisy Lane Flowers by Gina provided our beautiful flowers and we finished the look with a football-themed table plan. The Lancashire Manor Hotel provided our lovely centrepieces. We have been to a couple of christenings at St. Helen’s Church Sefton and we loved the inside of it, so we felt it was perfect for our ceremony. I first saw the Lancashire Manor Hotel when my sister was scoping out a venue for her wedding. She didn’t end up choosing it, but Paul and I were drawn to it. The outdoor space and the number of rooms available for our guests to stay were a real attraction. Plus, the staff were so helpful! 44
