Your North West Wedding - December/January 2023/2024 (Issue 83)

Iffan was nervous when he got to the church, but I was super excited. The bridesmaids all wore the same design from For Her and For Him in a dusky rose colour. I loved the look of the dresses and the girls said they loved them too. Iffan opted for a beautiful suit from Next. We had ties and pocket squares made by Swagger & Swoon, as we wanted Iffan to coordinate with me and the groomsmen to match the bridesmaids. Pianist Liz Hendry from Live Piano Ltd played during the reception and wedding breakfast. I’m a big Disney fan, and she kindly played instrumental Disney songs for us. We also had a photo booth from Reflections Entertainment where people could take funny photos or make GIFs. My hair stylist and make-up artist did an amazing job, especially since there were nine of us! My gown was a design called Rousseau by Maggie Sottero. I knew I wanted a long train with lace and sparkles, but when my mum saw this dress, she said it was the one. It wasn’t a style I would have picked, but she was right! As soon as I put it on, it was magical. I accessorised with Thomas Sabo earrings, a necklace and bracelet and a silver star and pearl hair vine from Jon Richard. 31 REAL WEDDINGS
