However, the Newton Hall team took care of everything, so we could sit back and enjoy the day. Prior to the wedding breakfast the guests were taken downstairs so we could have a few moments by ourselves. The team brought us a drink and we had a bit of time to breathe and spend some alone time as husband and wife. We hired a band in the evening called Bay 6, who , along with the brass section, really got the dancefloor going. We’d originally planned to get married in April, but postponed as we were only allowed six guests. Once we moved the date it felt like a weight had been lifted – and luckily all our vendors were still available. 40
