Is there anything better than four wheels of cheese for a wedding cake? It also made for a great picky tea in the evening! As we were getting married at the end of October, I made a bridal denim jacket to help me stay warm during our beach walk. It was difficult for my bridesmaids to try on dress es as my sister lives in Dubai. Luckily, we found some gorgeous velvet-style multi way gowns, which meant they could wear them in whichever way they felt the mo st beautiful. The wedding ceremony itself was so special. The readings we chose were beautifully read and our registrar led the ceremony in such a personal way. I chose Madi Lane’s Mara gown in mocha for its relaxed style. I loved how the colour was different and fitted in with the boho style of our venue. Dan wore a tweed-style jacket and waistcoat from Moss Bros, choosing a different jacket to his groomsmen so that he stood out. REAL WEDDINGS 39
