I wore Lorraine by Rebecca Ingram because I loved how light and floaty the gown was. I knew I wouldn’t go for a princess dress and didn’t particularly want a fitted one, purely for comfort. This one seemed to fit the overall vibe of the wedding, and I fell in love with the details. The whole ceremony was a fantastic time for me. The weather was great, so we tied the knot outdoors, and I couldn’t believe we were finally there. I felt so excited in the morning – not even that nervous! My favourite moment was walking down the aisle and seeing everyone there. It was hard to take it all in, and it went so quickly. Our flowers consisted of blush roses, eucalyptus and some wildflowers that reflected the colour scheme perfectly. Aaron kept it simple with a grey suit from next, standing out from the groomsmen with a bigger buttonhole. Aaron’s sister and best woman, wore a sage green dress to match the boys’ ties. We adored the laid-back atmosphere of The Walled Garden at Beeston Fields! We realised that a grand stately home wasn’t our style, and this venue was the ideal choice for the casual wedding we envisioned. We imagined that if the weather cooperated, the ceremony and the entire day would be amazing outside. 33 REAL WEDDINGS
