The wooden belly of the ship below deck traditionally would have held cargo during the period of circumnavigation. Alternatively, the Great Cabin (30) has wooden beams, leaded windows and bespoke hand-carved oak furnishings in period design. It creates the perfect intimate framing for couples to say their vows and sign the register. Up to 30 guests standing in the ‘Armoury’ can look upon the ceremony through the open design of the bulkhead. The Armoury hosts the top of the capstan, which was turned to haul the anchor and a collection of Tudor design chests offer seating.
