Surrounded by beautiful trees and gardens in south Hampshire, Wintershill Hall provided the perfect backdrop to this styled shoot. The environmentally sustainable estate, which promotes diverse wildlife schemes, allowed the team to create the perfect shoot to inspire nearlyweds. Shoot coordinator Rowenna Ayling at Makeup by Rowenna wanted to create something different when it came to the colour scheme and took inspiration from spring – her favourite season. She says. “We combined colours to give a fresh, modern and minimalistic take on the golden-glam look. The golden elements created a classic look by using and embracing some untraditional wedding items such as the embroidered leather jackets and gold hairpiece.” After creating a mood board that captured and expressed the essence of spring, Rowenna contacted likeminded and talented suppliers to bring her vision to life. She says, “We all shared our ideas and thoughts in the lead-up to the day, which I believe helped create and capture such beautiful results.” 46
