The speeches were amazing, especially my dad’s! Josh’s grandad crafted and memorised a whole poem dedicated to us, while the best man’s speech was filled with quotes from Josh’s beloved comedy sketches. The disco tunes were fantastic, and the dancefloor was packed. As the night went on, everyone joined in to dance to some lively Sea Shanties music. We had a ‘tattoo bar’ where guests could put on transfer tattoos, and the pick ‘n’ mix stands were huge hits with guests. We collaborated on choosing faux flowers for the bake that complemented my bouquet, tying everything beautifully together.
