They did a fantastic job, which meant that we could celebrate the day even with those who couldn’t attend. For our honeymoon, we went to Norway’s Arctic Circle to see the Northern Lights—it was amazing! We went dog sledging and did a lot of exploring, but it was lovely just to sit and read our books with a hot chocolate after all the busy planning. James loved hugging and talking to all our loved ones immediately after the ceremony. We both felt busy and tired but very happy. The wedding went smoothly, which was a relief, and we laughed a lot! For me, James’s speech stood out as it was fantastic! It was the perfect mix with funny and heartwarming words. When cutting the cake, we didn’t take the ribbon off beforehand, so we could only cut about a cm into it. This was so anticlimactic that it made us both laugh.
