Portfolio Events provided our catering with spritz and canapés, followed by a three-course wedding breakfast with tomato and mozzarella arancini to start, feather blade beef with horseradish mash or roasted butternut squash risotto, followed by a Sicilian lemon posset with homemade shortbread. Dom Plays Sax brought joy to the event, performing alongside our DJ, Jolly Boys DJs. Dom is truly amazing; he has a natural talent for entertaining and worked seamlessly with the DJ to kick off the party! We enjoyed a beautiful mini-moon in Devon, completely relaxing with our pup. Now, we’re getting ready to fly off to Kenya and Zanzibar for an amazing safari adventure that we can hardly wait for! Tom from Sandon Manor calmed our nerves and made the wedding run unbelievably well; it truly was like having a mate run our day. 36
