Your Herts and Beds Wedding - October/November 2024 (Issue 106)

In the morning, I was unbelievably excited and happy – my jaw ached from smiling by 10 a.m. Jake was very nervous, but once the ceremony and speeches were over, he loved it! My bridesmaids wore olive green satin dresses by Rewritten. I loved that they could all choose a style they felt most comfortable in but all in the same gorgeous fabric – they looked incredible. Moments that stood out were walking down the aisle to all our incredible loved ones smiling and our entry lap into dinner around the unbelievable Medieval barn at Sandon Manor. We aimed to gather all our favourite people to celebrate and have the most amazing party ever. Jake opted for a timeless black tuxedo with a unique flair. His velvet jacket set him apart from the groomsmen and fathers. We collaborated with Foliage and Fern Floral Design for our arrangements! During the ceremony, we placed a small sprig of foliage on each row and some running down tables. Our photographer and saxophonist brought all the energy and created the exact atmosphere we wished for. 34
