50 MACAROON FAVOURS Wedding favours are a great way to thank guests for joining you as well as giving a nod to your theme. Macaroons in palette colours always go down a treat! How can you cleverly tie them into your theme and use them to say a little something about you, as well as having them serve their more obvious purpose? If you’re really clever, they can double up as favours ensuring less wastage. VENUE STYLING Prop hire is the most eco-friendly option for wedding décor and embellishing your space. Create a comfy seating area for loved ones who prefer a quiet moment away from the dancefloor. If you want to make them extra special, a huge range of finishing touches can be added to take them to the next level. One of my favourite finishing touches is vellum wraps. They add an extra layer to your invitations, making opening them more of an ‘event’. These can be sealed with stickers, wax seals, or even ribbons if you want to go even more luxe. Wax seals are another favourite of mine because they can be versatile. You can include them on the invitation, wrap, ribbon or keep to tradition and have them on your envelopes. Another finishing touch that really makes a wonderful impression is calligraphy addressing. It really gives your envelopes that wow factor, and who doesn’t love to receive something pretty in the post? Envelope addressing can also be quite a time-consuming task, so it’s nice to be able to outsource if you can.
