PAXTON & WHITFIELD UNVEIL NEW FESTIVE PRODUCTS 2022 marks Paxton & Whitfield’s 225th birthday – a year during which the cheesemonger has certainly not rested on its laurels. The brand has opened its new, state-of-the-art maturation rooms in the Cotswolds, released a new “XO” range of hand-matured, artisan cheese and co-developed a new British cheese called Cullum, named after the pioneering founder of the business Stephen Cullum, to commemorate this impressive milestone year. For Christmas 2022, the UK’s oldest cheesemonger, founded during the reign of King George III, is looking back to its 1797 ‘Georgian’ roots. The Christmas photography is inspired by the Georgian era’s natural festive decorations of evergreens, fruit and herbs and its new cheese.
