We had a big wooden pallet with the order of the day and other signs scattered around the venue. Michelle at Waisted Beauty Alterations did an excellent job sorting the finishing touches for my gown in a very short time scale. The bridesmaids wore silk floor-length dresses, and the two bridesmen wore champagne-coloured shirts, brown suit jackets and spotty bow ties. The groomsmen wore blue suits and a waistcoat that matched Owen. I’d always pictured a boho look for myself but was aware that many brides end up going for something completely different. However, I stuck with the style and opted for a lace gown with long sleeves. Owen wore a lovely blue tweed suit with a brown and orange check design. 37 REAL WEDDINGS
