It sounds cliche but everyone who came made our day extra special! We had some loved ones from the US, Philippines, Australia, The Netherlands and Ireland. We went to Tanzania for three weeks for our honeymoon. We went on a safari, climbed Kilimanjaro and finished with a few days relaxing on a beach in Zanzibar – it was the most amazing trip! We both felt so excited and happy that the day was final here! I was emotional walking down the aisle and asked my dad to tell me a joke. He relied with, “My obese parrot died today, mind you it’s a huge weight off my shoulders.” The silly joke make me laugh away the tears. Our friend John conducted the ceremony, and he did a wonderful job. After dinner, a DJ provided by Crown Hall Farm got the party started – the dancefloor never looked empty! REAL WEDDINGS 29
