If you’re planning your wedding for a specific date, then we recommend booking as early as possible. But if you’re more flexible with dates, we’d suggest about a year to 18 months in advance – this is the typical time frame we are seeing from couples. There’s no fixed time however, we’re happy to take bookings years in advance or with only a few months’ notice. We can take bookings four months in advance, but if you are super organised and want to do it before, just email in and we will reach out when bookings open – you have to act quick, as we get booked up pretty quickly! Having a definitive list of music before booking isn’t necessary at all. If you book us to entertain, which includes games and other activities, then we bring all our own music. Although, if you book in for an appearance, you can play any of your own music, if you wish. We can work with you leading up to the day to ensure your guests come away feeling wowed.
