Your East Anglian Wedding - December/January 2023/2024 (Issue 64)

My gown, an exclusive creation by Ronald Joyce, matched my vision perfectly. It was a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that perfectly harmonised with Cley Windmill’s setting while granting me a princess-like feeling. To complement the dress, I adorned a stunning custom veil, expertly crafted by the wife of a colleague from my workplace who owns Beth O in Nigeria. We wanted to create a laid-back atmosphere, so we gathered in the marquee and enjoyed our personalised wedding playlist, which prompted us all to joyfully sing and dance along. For our food, the pièce de résistance was a classic cheeseboard that exceeded all of our expectations. It was skillfully crafted by the exceptional Cley Windmill staff. On our wedding day, our hearts swelled with overwhelming happiness. Walking down the aisle towards the love of my life, surrounded by our cherished friends and family, we felt a mixture of exhilaration and serenity. The vows we exchanged held profound significance, solidifying our bond in a way I had always dreamed of. I had no involvement in what Joe was going to wear, so it was a total surprise when he wore a flattering three-piece suit from Revolver Menswear. He chose a cream design with a navy waistcoat, a gold and navy tie, and a gold pocket watch. We went for ivory bridesmaids’ dresses that had beautiful crystals on the waistline. REAL WEDDINGS 37
