LAKEMOOR ALPACAS: A DARTMOOR ALPACA FARM IN SOUTH DEVON The team from Lakemoor Alpacas have been busy taking their alpacas to weddings throughout 2024 and new for 2025 are the latest additions; Paddington and Captain Barnacles. Alpacas Juniper, Silversky and Hagrid are photographed here outside Bovey Castle in Devon at the December wedding of Elizabeth and Kyle which included an alpaca walk inside the castle. Guests got to hand-feed carrots to them, stroke the animals and the team mingled with guests offering a great opportunity for photographs and even selfies! The happy couple went for an alpaca walk, a fantastic way to get even more photos. Hagrid and Daisy were the ring bearers at Cliff House for Julia and Alastair’s Salcombe wedding which was a fantastic surprise for all the guests. The happy couple walked through Salcombe with the alpacas and their guests which was a wonderful sight. The stunning photo above was taken at a summer wedding at The Oak Barn in Hittisleigh Barton near Exeter. As part of the wedding package, couples visit the alpaca farm to meet and walk the animals before their big day, and enjoy a homemade cream tea.
