This beautiful venue is surrounded by rolling hills and breathtaking vistas across the Devonshire countryside in every direction. It provides a blank canvas with infinite flexibility enabling couples to get creative in personalising their wedding. The stylish wood and glass porch leads into the elegant entrance hall, from where the bar area and main hall are accessed. The internal porch doors open up, creating a beautiful space for guests to mingle and the stunning beamed ceiling gives spacious barn-like proportions creating the perfect area for the wedding breakfast and celebrations. Another special place for couples to exchange their vows surrounded by sensational views is beyond The Clock House which provides an amazing backdrop for a ceremony with loved ones gathered on the terrace to share in the occasion. The Clock House has been designed slightly raised above the level of the terrace so that guests can watch proceedings in comfort, and should the weather prove unpredictable, everything can be moved from the terrace into the main hall or the Tallet. Ceremonies take place in The Hall which is licensed for a total of 300 people for a standing ceremony only, or approximately 150 seated, including the couple and two registrars. There are plenty of ways to arrange the space plus there’s also the stunning Tallet for up to 100 loved ones. Both can be decorated with sparkling fairylights or a festival of flowers. Receptions take place in the Main Hall for up to 150 seated guests against a breathtaking backdrop. This is the largest of the rooms and offers an incredibly versatile open space. The Sawpit Bar is a fantastic spot to enjoy a tipple or two!
