We had the musician Emma Pick perform during the drinks reception. We had the Red Cups band entertain our guests in the evening who were a hit with everybody. With Alan being in a band, the music was an important part of our special day that we wanted to share with everyone. Our first dance was a moment we will always remember because it was just us two dancing silly to an upbeat non-traditional first dance song and then getting everyone involved! Alan chose a custom suit with musical notes on the inside of the jacket and the back of the waistcoat. I wore a dress by Sincerity. I knew that I wanted a bohemian style dress with a Bardot-inspired neckline. I styled it with a handmade headband from Etsy. I don’t like being the centre of attention so once the ceremony was completed I relaxed! “We went to Croatia on a buddy-moon with our Canadian family who were visiting for the wedding.
