Our favours were also our place names. They were personalised cookies decorated with sage green icing and guests names in white writing. Each table had three floating candles with greenery draped around the vases that held them. Our wedding cake was lovingly made by members of my family. It was flavoured with lemon, lemon and elderflower, coffee, vanilla and chocolate red velvet; and was finished with vanilla buttercream, gold leaf and flowers to match my bouquet. “I felt totally relaxed.
