Riding through the village in the carriage and having people wave to us like royalty was such a special touch. We both felt so nervous, and full of butterflies. But there’s no better feeling than knowing you’re going to marry your best friend. The centrepieces featured mainly roses, which I adore. The flowers were one of my favourite details of the day, they were magnificent! My grandmother helped us choose them, but she sadly passed before the wedding, which made it so special to have them as part of our day. The food was a massive hit with guests. We chose a roast dinner, which is my all-time favourite meal! I’ve loved and ridden horses since I was very young, so it had always been a dream to have a horse-drawn carriage on my wedding day. 35 REAL WEDDINGS
