We fast forward now to Ellen’s 21st birthday, which she was celebrating with friends and family when Alex handed her a beautiful card asking her to marry him. “He proposed with my grandmother’s ring that she gifted me before she passed away,” Ellen shares. St George’s Church, Dunster, holds special childhood memories for Ellen, of Christmas and Easter events. So, it was the number one choice for the ceremony location, and with Dunster Tithe Barn nearby it was the perfect location for the celebrations.
