The Nuforma has a monitor screen so that users can choose their own pre-recorded guided session, plus an app making suggestions based on experience, expertise and achievement. Sessions are booked via the app so that each user can secure their own space in advance. Samantha tells us, “Pilates is the foundation of my life, it’s what you need to do to stand up tall, move around, be confident and function in the modern world. Heba Pilates was born to make it easy for people to make pilates part of their lives and get the benefit. I always wanted to make pilates ordinary, more user-friendly and more appealing so that everyone would want to do it and feel that they could do it.” Heba Pilates studios are open Mondays to Thursdays from 7am until 9pm, on Fridays from 7am until 2.30pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8.30am until 4pm.
