Andy was calm and collected as always until he saw me walking down the aisle,” Charlotte tells us. “I felt extremely nervous but once I got to the end of the aisle and held Andy’s hand, I was fine. There was a chocolate middle layer and raspberry and cream bottom tier plus cupcakes surrounding it in different flavours, including gluten-free options. It was decorated with spare flowers from our florist to tie in with our theme.” LOOKING THE PART Charlotte’s dress was called Presley by Evie Young which she found at Your Story Bridal Boutique in Marlow. “I fell in love with the delicate lace and the subtle sparkle which made the dress shimmer in the light,” she tells us. “The back of the gown and the long lace train were exquisite and I knew it was the one as soon as I tried it on. The beautiful mocha-coloured underlay fitted in perfectly with the dusky rose colour theme of our wedding.” Andy wore a navy suit teamed with a floral rose pink tie, a grey waistcoat to stand out from the groomsmen and a pair of brown shoes. “Our groomsmen wore the same but with a navy waistcoat and “The wonderful staff at Rackleys Chiltern Hills went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly.” - Charlotte and Andy 45 REAL WEDDINGS
