I am seeing plenty of couples leaning towards sugar and edible decorations as opposed to real flowers, and also making their cake their centrepiece. They also seem to be picking more unusual flavour options, along with the classics, so things like chocolate peppermint, coconut and Madagascan vanilla, pistachio and raspberry and white chocolate and rose.
